All these places are easily accessible by bus (Magalluf-Palma-Airport line, buses number 1, 3, and 10) or taxi (a ride from the airport to the hotel costs 30 Euros, approximately). The best way to get to the Hotel is through the highway "Via Cintura Oeste", going towards Palmanova.
