The Hotel is built in series of Mediterranean style with white stucco villas along the beach with terra-cotta tiles throughout. The main building of the Hotel sits perched above the beach and is the focus of many activities. The award winning signature restaurant features a sophisticated blend of French cuisine with a Caribbean flair and the famous wine cellar containing over 3000 bottles of the worlds finest vintages are located in the main building. On the more casual side, a very special treat is to plan a lobster barbecue on the beach for lunch, or in the evening with flamed torches, open bar and island music.
