* From the railway station, walk 100 metres south then turn right at the first street. Via the A1 A25 highway from Oporto, turn towards Aveiro following Av. Lourenco Peixinho. Follow signage north to the railway station then follow the signs until the last illuminated sign, then turn left. From the A1 Lisbon to Oporto highway, exit for Aveiro and Sul then take the N235 to the city centre, after passing the hospital, follow the Mercure signs.
