* From the stadium turn left onto the highway. Follow this road straight until you reach a roundabout. Turn left and follow signposts to the Auckland on ramp, turning right takes you onto the Motorway, follow this all the way over the Harbour bridge. Take the Fanshawe Street turnoff, follow straight and continue along under bridge. Keep heading towards the centre of town. Fanshawe street changes name into Customs street where on the left hand side of the road you will find the Hotel.
* All domestic bus services orignate and finish at the Sky City Bus depot. Head east along Victoria Street towards the centre of town, turning left down Queen Street. Follow down street until you reach the intersection of Queen and Customs Streets. Turn right and directly on your left you will locate the hotel.
* Head out along George Bolt Memorial Drive, ahead onto Motorway following until the Queenstown Road turnoff. Turn right along Pah Road, continue to follow this road as it changes names to Manukau Road then Broadway and finally Parnell Road. Follow the roaddown the hill and head straight ahead under the bridge, follow this road until you reach Customs Street where you will find the Hotel on the right hand side. Pull into the driveway and the concierge will arrange valet parking.
* State Highway One to Auckland. Get in the far right hand lane of the motorway to take the Nelson Street exit. Continue to the final set of traffic lights at the bottom of Nelson Street, staying in the far right hand lane. At these lights you will find that you can either turn hard right or veer off to the right into Sturdee Street. Veer right into Sturdee Street then continue onto Customs Street. Pass through three sets of traffic lights. You will find the hotel on the left just after the third set.
* From Ti Rakau drive turn left onto Mt Wellington Highway. Follow this highway,it will be signposted to the Nothern Motorway North follow the signposts. Once on the Motorway follow until the Wellesley Street Turnoff. Once off follow down Wellesley street, turning right onto Queen Street. Follow down Queen where at the end there is the intersection for Customs Street, turn right and the Hotel is on the left hand side of the road.
* Auckland cities railway station is located approximately 2kms East of the hotel. Follow Beach Road towards the city heading West, continue straight ahead and follow Customs Street where 1km on the right hand side of the road the hotel is located.
