From Cancun International Airport, take the Highway 307 South for 52km, you will pass Puerto Morelos (half the way is now behind you), the next town is Playa del Carmen, pas its two entrances and look on your left for 2 big "Playacar" signs. Passing the second one, turn around like going back and enter to Playacar Complex. Follow the path, turn to your left and enter to "Villas Pakal". Go straight for 200 mts, turn to the right and the hotel is straight ahead.
